This is another way for the Fighter to get health and mana back to itself. That's one way that the fighter sustains itself 'cause it's, it's in the thick of things, right? It's a primary target. You've got to be in danger to be doing a lot of what your kit does. And this is one way the fighter can stay in the fight; and if you pop this, it's a big cool down, but for the next six seconds any damage you do will have a percent returned as health and mana to you.[1] – Tradd Thompson
